THE 4TH MEETING TURKEY 20th. -24th. OCTOBER 2014 LÜLEBURGAZ LİSESİ
The Fourth meeting of our Project was carried out with 18 teachers and students’ participation from Slovakia, Czech Republıc, Lithvania and South Cyprus in 20 -24 October 2014. During the meeting were performed studies about our differencces, tolerance, multi culturalısm and culture. In the meantime of all the activities Lüleburgaz Lisesi organized a meeting programme which aimed at sharing Turkish culture, Turkish hospitality and its EU project experienceswith the participations and Lüleburgaz local people and surely with all the students, teachers and staff and as the whole family Lüleburgaz Lisesi reached its main aim ‘ live and share’.
As the Lüleburgaz Lisesi family; we hosted our guests with our workshops, presentations and facilities. The facilities and presentations “Mevlana and Tasavvuf “ regarding involving the most important phenomenon of our country and all around the world influenced everybody intentionaly. We have been introduced our guests to Lüleburgaz Municapallity with the meals done by our teachers specially and our folk dance. Also we facinated them with a special hand The art of Ebru; also took them away an interesting part of our culture the museum of Aunt Fatma. At the same time they tasted an national special meal Keşkek of our native people.
Lüleburgaz Lisesi would like to thank you to all partner schools and their teachers and students.We had a great one week with their great friendship and cooperation.
OUTCOMES:
1. Project Exhibition A collection of photographs, drawings and messages related to the issues of tolerance, fight against racism and xenophobia and promoting cultural diversity were exhibited.
2. Promoting Culture A cultural performance with traditional music, dances and songs was staged, inviting all participants to join and become a part of this celebration and promotion of culture, which can be used to unite people.
